The University Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) is an internal self-regulating body that reviews all animal use protocols to ensure ethical, humane, and scientifically justified animal use at least annually. Marshall University’s Animal Resources Facility (ARF) has met the accreditation standards of AAALAC International since 1986.
